3. Class Bookings and Cancellations

3.2 Cancellations: If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your class fee. Cancellations can be made via our website, mobile app, or by contacting us directly.
3.3 No-shows: Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation may result in a no-show fee or the loss of that class from your membership/package.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Respect: All members must show respect for our instructors and other participants. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
4.2 Online Etiquette: Members should ensure a stable internet connection, join classes on time, and minimize background noise. Please keep your microphone muted unless speaking to the instructor.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1 Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable except in the case of a serious medical condition, which must be supported by a doctor’s note.
5.2 Class Cancellations: If we cancel a class, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rebook for another class.
6. Liability
6.1 Assumption of Risk: By participating in our online classes, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with yoga practice, including physical injury.
6.2 Medical Clearance: You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit to participate in our classes. Please consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.
6.3 Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in our classes, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
